3 Day Rush Delivery:
For an extra charge of $11 we can arrange for rush delivery by UPS to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 3 pm PST Monday you'll receive your purchase by Friday.) Note: 3 Day Rush service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or APO addresses.

2 Day Air Delivery:
For an extra charge of $15 we can arrange for rush delivery by UPS to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 3 pm PST Monday you'll receive your purchase by Thursday.) Note: 2 Day Air service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or APO addresses.

Next Day Delivery:
For an extra charge of $24 we can arrange for Next Day Delivery by UPS to most destinations. We do our best to ship the order the same day it is placed. However, it can take up to one day to process. (If we receive your order by 12 pm PST Monday you'll receive your purchase no later than Wednesday evening.) Note: UPS Next Day service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or APO addresses.

Delivery Surcharges ($):
Because some toys, furniture and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge which is applied during checkout; this charge is in addition to regular delivery charges, which are listed under Standard Delivery Charges above.

General Information:
Most purchases are shipped from our California warehouse by UPS or USPS delivery service to arrive within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. It is important to us that you receive your order as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Depending on your location and your order we will pick the carrier that will get your package to you a quick as possible. We also try and ship orders the same day as you place them.
We will e-mail you the tracking information the same day we ship your order. Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will receive an additional surcharge of $12. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail.
Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Important Notice:
We will reserve the right to charge your credit card for the delivery of a package that is refused, rejected or returned for failure to deliver. You will be charged for all associated shipping charges.

Returns: 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). This means that items must be shipped back to Baby Dandelion within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please allow transit time when returning items to Baby Dandelion. After 30 days of receipt, the item is considered a final sale.

All items must be returned in original, unwashed/unused condition with manufacturer tag attached to the item. We do not refund shipping charges.
